The Shared Ground Social was a fundraiser organized by Taylor Sirard in collaboration with The Delft Bistro, Barrel + Beam, and the Downtown Marquette Farmers Market.
Local food, beer, and music were paired together for a night in honor of Marquette-area farmers.
Hosted in the event space at Barrel + Beam, farmers and local food industry enthusiasts gathered to celebrate.
Profits from tickets, beer sales, and a silent auction went towards the youth program, Power of Produce, for the Downtown Marquette Farmers Market. Enough funds were raised to completely fund the program for the 2022 market season. Through the program, a portion of these funds went directly back to the farmers at the market.
